One-Month Old Check-Up

That's me!! That's me!!

 We went to see Dr. Klimisch of the Valleycare Medical Group today for our baby's 1-month-old check-up. All checks went well, and he's progressing the way he should, according to the doctor.

He is now 8lbs 12oz (within the 25th percentile of his age group), 21 inches long (within the 25th percentile of his age group) and his head circumference is now 15 inches (within the 45th percentile of his age group).

The only remaining issue right now is that he is still not breastfeeding 100%, though he's now feeding about 4oz of Similac formula almost every two hours (sometimes every 1.5 hours). 

We've just started giving him Similac Sensitive formula to help him with the gas and occasional fussiness. He seemed to be fine with it other than a slight change in color of his poop.

We'll have another check-up in about a month.
